Our Pupil Leadership Team

Our pupil leadership teams give children the opportunity to take on meaningful roles, share their ideas and help shape school life. We place great importance on pupil voice and regularly use feedback from our children to help us make improvements across the school. By involving pupils in this journey, we are helping them grow into confident, thoughtful young leaders who are ready to take on new challenges.

Through a range of leadership teams, children are encouraged to discuss issues that matter to them, work together to find solutions and represent the views of their peers. Pupils feel safe and supported to share their opinions, which are gathered through surveys, learning walks and regular leadership meetings. With guidance from staff, our pupil leaders help monitor areas such as learning, wellbeing, behaviour and our school environment, including promoting eco-friendly approaches. These opportunities help children develop confidence, communication skills and a strong sense of responsibility, while making a positive difference to the Greenacres community.
