Welome To Greenacres
We are a friendly and inclusive community school where children, families, and staff work together to help everyone succeed. We are proud of our caring ethos and believe every child should feel safe, valued, and supported.
We have the highest of expectations for achievement and behaviour for all. We recognise that children start their journey with us at different starting points; through supporting, developing and educating the whole child, they make good progress and leave ready for the next stage of their education.
We are proud to see every child's individual journey from Blossom Class, our 2 year old nursery to Oak Tree Class, our year 6.

Our curriculum is engaging, well-balanced, and designed to inspire a love of learning. Alongside strong knowledge acquisition, we place a strong focus on life skills, strong foundations and executive functions. These skills support independence and success both in and out of school.
Everything we do is guided by the 6Cs: collaboration, communication, citizenship, character, critical thinking, and creativity. We teach children how to manage their learning, reflect on their progress, and become confident, self-regulated learners.
Our pupils enjoy daily access to fantastic facilities, including our new Multi-Use Games Area (MUGA), Forest School, Art Studio, Library, Music Room, expansive outdoor Play areas and our yearly swimming pool!
We are proud to offer our children the opportunity to take part in enriching experiences beyond the classroom, including our Big Outcome projects, Kids Café, charity work, and gardening initiatives.
Our core values of unity, respect, acceptance, freedom, and aspiration shape our positive school culture and behaviour. As a result, pupils enjoy learning, behave well, and develop the knowledge, skills, and attitudes they need to succeed in school and in later life.
We would be delighted for you to visit and experience our school first-hand. Our website offers a snapshot of what makes Greenacres special, but we are always happy to welcome visitors to see our learning community in action.
We look forward to meeting you soon!
